GM Chamber is working with member company Know + Do and has, due to demand, created a second practical workshop seminar to help businesses explore how to prepare to minimise risk and maximise their company's opportunities during the next 12-24 months.Registration no longer available
The UK voted to leave the EU on the 24th June 2016. This created a series of political and financial shocks, the impact of which will continue for some time yet as Brexit does not actually happen until the Government completes negotiations with the EU. Despite the headlines, no one yet knows what the implications really are for SMEs.
As business cannot wait to be given these answers, the GM Chamber - working with one of its members Know and Do Ltd - have created a practical seminar to help business leaders to explore how to prepare to minimise risk and maximise their company’s opportunity during the next 12 – 24 months.
This is a working session using practical business review tools that aim to provide a clear perspective of a given marketplace. It will offer attendees a kick start to assess the impact of external change and reveal areas that may need further development or exploration. Attendees will be given space for reflection, be challenged, and discuss how their business is currently placed. They will also leave with a way of engaging the rest of their team in planning for change.
More details will follow on the content for the workshop.
