In order to assist you to get the best from the people in your business, we have partnered up with Oakridge Centre to design a training course specifically for Chamber members.

This practical and thought-provoking half-day session will provide you with tools and techniques to manage challenging conversations where opinions differ and emotions are running high, enabling you to:

  • Identify how to communicate confidently and assertively

  • Communicate information that may be seen as ‘bad news’ (e.g. during change or giving feedback on performance)

  • Handle a range of different and sometimes unpredictable responses from others
