This practical and thought-provoking half-day session will provide you with tools and techniques to manage challenging conversations where opinions differ and emotions are running high, enabling you to:
Identify how to communicate confidently and assertively
Communicate information that may be seen as ‘bad news’ (e.g. during change or giving feedback on performance)
Handle a range of different and sometimes unpredictable responses from others
