Join us for our next Asian Business Network event at Zouk taking place on 15th May.
The event will be a great chance to meet other like-minded businesses, and to find out what how to get more involved with the GMCC Asian Business Network and what support is available for Asian Businesses/ people through your local Chamber of Commerce.
Our Guest Speaker will be Ram Gupta BCAE, CEO Nybble Group, MD Nybble IT
Ram is Managing Director of Nybble the CEO of Nybble Group and MD of Nybble.co.uk Ltd a national, now international IT, AV, Cyber and software house.
Ram studied A levels at Blackburn college in 1990 and went onto UCLAN to study a BA/BSC Hons in Accounts and Business Information Systems, followed by an MSC in information management at Lancaster University. Proud to be part of the Manchester fabric, Ram has partnered his company with the GM Chamber of commerce as a strategic partner. During the pandemic Nybble refurbished and distributed over 4000 laptops and tablets to underprivileged households enabling them to access education and on line systems.
For this Ram was awarded with a British Citizen Award for Education at the Palace of Westminster and the Arte et Labor award, presented by the Hive, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Rams is known for his social values and his vision is to position his business to help society as the fight against digital poverty and homelessness continues. Nybble have recently been awarded the Lancashire Business View Digital Excellence Award, for Digital Services in the Sector. Ram has a passion for business and runs mentoring sessions for the youth to help them to be prepared for the world they live in. Nybble’s growth continues into South Africa, where they have just signed a contract to deliver IT services to dealer groups.
