Summit to Feature Workshops on Key Issues Facing the Property & Construction Sector

This month's Property & Construction Summit will feature workshops covering major issues facing the sector.

Delegates will be able to attend one of the following three workshops:

3) Future Proofing our City/Town Centres (Chaired by Phil Hepworth) sponsored by Aitken Turnbull Architects

  • Opportunities and Trends – Phil Hepworth (AEW) 
  • Public Sector Perspective – Paul Richards (Stockport Council)
  • Private Sector Perspective – Aisling McNulty, Bruntwood
  • Private Sector Perspective – Karen Hirst (MapleGrove) 

The Property & Construction Summit will also feature two panel discussions on the 'Construction Skills Pipeline' and 'Climate Emergency – Crisis or Opportunity?'

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, will be the keynote speaker at the Property & Construction Summit, which will be hosted by TV and radio presenter Andy Crane.

Clive Memmott, Chief Executive of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, will also attend the summit.
