March 2017 has turned out to be the strongest sales month ever for leading office technology sales and service provider, Midshire®.
Celebrating 20 years in business this year, the Stockport-based company has recorded its highest grossing figures ever in one month, reaching 197% of target. The first quarter of 2017 has also surpassed all previous quarters for the leading office technology sales and service provider.
Midshire’s Sales Manager, Nick Rose comments: “We have had a phenomenal start to the year. We always expect growth within the company year on year, but the scale of growth experienced so far is astonishing.
“The past few months have been unsettled for businesses following BREXIT, however we have remained focussed on what we do; delivering high quality products and the best service to companies throughout the UK”.
In recent years, Midshire has truly gone from strength to strength. Two notable influences in the company’s growth have been the introduction of a dedicated telesales department, and the expansion of the group marketing department.
An integral source of new business generation, the Telesales team has quadrupled in size since it was formed in April of last year. The rapid expansion is largely due to a measured improvement in both the quality of leads received and the resultant figures achieved by each salesperson.
The Marketing department has also grown, with strategic introductions over the past 6 months enhancing Midshire’s marketing capabilities. The department has taken an active role in generating high quality enquiries via the company’s website and has developed a refined SEO strategy, which has directly resulted in a 300% increase in the number of leads generated each month.
