Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce is referred to as "We/Us/Our"

Online bookings will be processed through Worldpay and the transaction will be between You and Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.

Where a refund is available, any payment made using a credit or debit card through the Worldpay system will be refunded back onto the same card.

Booking, Cancellation and Transfer Policy - Events

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form or internet booking. All cancellations and transfers must be e-mailed to us: events@gmchamber.co.uk.

Cancellation and transfer fees are as follows:

5 or more working days notice - can transfer to another event up to the same monetary value.

Less than 5 days notice - no refunds will be given.

Payments made for Chamber membership accessed through the "Join Online" section are not applicable for refunds. Please contact the membership team for more details on 0161 393 4321.

For all other services provided on the website, refunds will be given at Our discretion.
