The North West Construction Hub has been working with the Construction GTA since 2012 to support additional training opportunities which would not have been possible without the flexibility of the Shared Apprenticeship Programme.
Not only has this benefitted our Contractor Partners by helping to achieve their targets and Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, it has helped clients in their ambition to support local people into employment. In addition, it assists the Supply Chain in supporting training for realistic timeframes that meets their needs, helps to bridge the skills gap and assists young people to enter the construction industry and gain a qualification. And for us, it's not just the Shared Apprenticeship Programme, but the additional support and knowledge that comes with this.
