If you're a registered business, you can join the Chamber. You can either join online or you can speak to one of our Membership Executives to find out more. To get in touch, give us a call on 0161 393 4321. Once you’ve joined, your Account Manager will be in touch to make sure you have everything you need to get started.

Yes of course, as part of your membership you can take advantage of member to member introductions.  All you need to do it get in contact with your Account Manager and they will let you know how to make the most of this.

As a member, you have a dedicated team to help you; a Regional Membership Manager and an Account Manager. If you'd like a refresher on membership or you have a query, then give us a call on 0161 393 4321 and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Don’t worry; that probably means our website isn't recognising you as a member. Simply call the Membership Team on 0161 393 4321 and they'll fix this for you as soon as possible.

No problem, just call your Account Manager and they can add a new primary contact to your account. In fact, the more contacts we have, the more value you're likely to get from your membership.

Due to current Covid-19 regulations our Member's Lounge is open intermittently when government guidelines allow. You must book online, wear a face mask and observe social distancing when you visit.

Absolutely. If you want to meet a client in the Members' Lounge as your guest, they're more than welcome.

If you're not happy with your membership, we'd like to understand why and would love the opportunity to fix things.

If you're thinking about cancelling, please email either your Regional Membership Manager or your Account Manager and they'll give you a call to discuss.

Usually, we ask for three months' notice if you'd like to cancel your membership.

If your account has been frozen, it usually means your membership payment is overdue by six weeks or more. To get you back up and running, please give us a call on 0161 393 4321.
