Meet your Local President

Lisa Roberts, Managing Director of SQS, a global SME, is a highly respected leader in the business community, with over two decades of experience supporting global companies in supply chain management, vendor assessments, and independent inspection services. Recognised for her expertise in environmental management, Lisa holds Associate Membership with IEMA, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and environmental leadership.

A proven leader with over two decades of experience, Lisa has guided SQS to become a global SME with a network of 2,000 professionals, operating in 48 countries and renowned for exceeding client expectations. Her ability to collaborate has been key to developing innovative services, including Remote A.I Inspection and R2Z, which tackle real-world business challenges through technology and sustainability.

As Local President for Stockport with Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Lisa brings her passion for innovation, sustainability, and community collaboration to champion the needs of local businesses and foster growth across the region.

Meet Your Local Vice President

Sharon Seville, Managing Director of F1rst Commercial Recruitment, a Financial Times award-winning company which specialises in management and leadership recruitment across the UK within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. She is also a Non-Executive Director at the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation), the UK's recruitment industry governing body and Chair of the local council Climate Action Business network.

Sharon has carved out her expertise over 30 years and is as passionate about skills provision and employee retention as she is about Stockport. Having previously served as Stockport President and Vice President, she strengthened connections with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, the Business Growth Hub, Stockport College, Third Sector bodies, the Economic Alliance and local businesses.

As local Vice President for Stockport, she will continue to be actively involved in various local partnerships and relationships whilst representing the Chamber as a voice for business within Stockport.
