INCOTERMS® (International Commercial Terms) rules, published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers regarding the packing, transportation, and insurance of goods. These rules are invaluable for managing costs and liability associated with exporting, importing, and shipping, and they help prevent disputes by clearly outlining each party's responsibilities.

Understanding INCOTERMS® is crucial for businesses engaged in international trade. As global transactions increase, clarity and protection for both parties become vital. Our "INCOTERMS® Overview" course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to navigate these important rules, ensuring smooth and secure international transactions.
