Join us for our final Leader's Network Lunch of 2024.
Our regular Leaders' Lunches bring together business leaders from all sectors. Delegates will enjoy a two-course lunch with a glass of wine/soft drink and coffee, in the company of various other directors from across the North West. An influential guest speaker will share their valuable experiences and key insights.

Our guest speaker for November will be Gillian Drakeford MBE.
Gillian has a passion for purpose-led, people-centric organisations where consumers, colleagues, and growth are at the heart. As a global retail executive and CEO, Gillian led the establishment of IKEA in China and a business turnaround in the UK & Ireland. As Head of Global Retail Experience, Gillian spearheaded the transformation of IKEA's retail model from a single to an omnichannel concept. She is acknowledged for building and shaping inclusive organisational cultures in which businesses and people grow.
Today, Gillian has developed a portfolio career working as a Non-Executive Director for the Trust Alliance Group and One Manchester Housing. She is Chair of the Manchester-based charity Back on Track and an advisor and board member of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Good Employment Charter.
