-Approaching and offering initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis
-Practical steps to assist in non-emergency situations

Upon successful completion, learners will receive a First Aid for Mental Health certificate, which is valid for three years.

This course is assessed through practical demonstrations and an end-of-course assessment to evaluate the understanding of key principles.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, and no previous mental health experience is necessary.
