Unravelling the Budget – One Month On – with JM Glendinning & GM Chamber

The new Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, delivered her much-anticipated first Budget on 30th October.

This was a landmark speech as it was the first Labour Budget in 14 years and the first one delivered by a female Chancellor.

Announcements from the budget included changed to business taxes, alterations to wages, benefits and pensions, and measures which will affect UK growth, inflation and debt, all of which has an impact on businesses in our region. 

Our Insurance Partner JM Glendinning is working with the Chamber to host an informative panel discussion which will look looking at ‘The Budget – One Month On’.

The event will bring together a panel of experts from Insurance, Banking, Accounting, Law and Business Consultancy to provide their views, opinions and insights into the Autumn Budget and how it will affect businesses.
