As part of International Trade Week, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce is hosting a series of webinars aimed at highlighting key opportunities around the world for UK businesses.

Our Wednesday session will focus on Asia & Oceania.

Why this region?

Asia and Oceania are pivotal trading regions for the UK, collectively accounting for over £200 billion in trade in 2022. Asia alone represents around 18% of UK exports. Meanwhile, trade with Oceania, particularly Australia and New Zealand, is set to grow even further with the implementation of the CPTPP (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) coming into force in December 2024.

This session will focus on the South-East Asia region and Australia.
