We are asking customer to take note of our service levels as the team is experiencing a high level of enquiries. So, unless you have chosen a priority, premium or walk-in service, we kindly ask customers to please refrain from chasing status of applications over the phone, email or at our office unless the processing/turnaround times are up.
Please make sure to check e-cert before chasing as well, and refreshing your browser regularly so you can get the latest status on your application on the system.
Our team is working hard to provide you with the best service and appreciate if our customers can observe the below turnaround times. If you need your documents urgently, please opt for the priority, premium or walk-in service., but please note these will have additional fees.

Customer prints documents at their workplace via e-cert (saving time and money in postage)
