New Tax Year - New Skills

In the aftermath of restrictions, skills shortages have proven to be a common challenge amongst businesses in Greater Manchester. In addition to this, many businesses have faced transitions to the way they operate and have had to become more agile. Through the Chamber and our partners, your business will have the ability to upskill staff in various roles and have the necessary expertise to navigate common challenges.

How you can gain new skills through the Chamber this tax year:

Skills for Growth SME support - Our expert team will work with you to identify skills and productivity needs to meet your unique business objectives. We can support your business with training courses, apprenticeships, funding and Specialist health and wellbeing support services.

North West Cyber Resilience Centre - Through a Security Awareness Training for 2 members of staff, our Strategic Partners provide members with training and guidance which will help protect their business, its data and assets.

Workshops - We encourage our Members to share their insights and expertise and therefore we provide a platform for our members to provide workshops. This past year, we have hosted workshops from the likes of Dale Carneige and Alibaba.

Leaders' Network courses - Led by award-winning trainer, Jo Haigh, we are bringing our members a comprehensive Director-level training package.
