Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce showcased the achievements of local businesses at this year’s GMCC Excellence Awards.
The prestigious awards, which are now in their fourth year, recognise organisations, leaders and teams who have demonstrated success within their industries and communities.
There were 11 award categories available, covering excellence in every area from international trade to innovation and rewarding businesses of all sizes from across Greater Manchester.
The award winners were as follows:

- Growth Award - DASCO Construction Limited
- Best Marketing Campaign – Applehead Media
- Innovator of the Year - zally
- Small Business of the Year (1 to 50 employees) - Anzar Property Investors Limited
- Medium Business of the Year (50 to 100 employees) - Octagon Theatre Bolton
- Large Business of the Year (100+ employees) - DJH
- Employer of the Year – AMS Group
- Charity Business of the Year – Compassion in Action
- People and Community Award – WiseUp Networks
Lea-Anne Gardner, Senior Membership Events & Commercial Manager at Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, said: “Every entry in the GMCC Excellence Awards should be celebrated – showcasing the incredible talent within Greater Manchester and beyond. The GMCC Excellence Awards, which were sponsored by BioPharma Dynamics, were held at Albert Hall Manchester on 11th October.
