We have been informed that the Current regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE confirm that documents related to the export of goods to any Ministry and its subdivisions in the UAE do not require legalisation.
This includes but is not limited to Arab Certificates of Origin, Invoices, and other related documents such as packing lists.
These documents only need to be certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce to facilitate the export process to the UAE.
Arab documentation can be applied via our ecert platform:
- Existing Customers, log into your ecert account
- New Customers (Deansgate Office) complete the simple registration process
- New Customers (Airport Office) complete the simple registration process
