Exporting to UAE Government: What you need to know about documentation

We have been informed that the Current regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE confirm that documents related to the export of goods to any Ministry and its subdivisions in the UAE do not require legalisation. 

This includes but is not limited to Arab Certificates of Origin, Invoices, and other related documents such as packing lists. 

These documents only need to be certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce to facilitate the export process to the UAE.
