GM 2024 Mayoral Election - Everything You Need to Know

The 2024 Mayoral election for Greater Manchester is fast approaching. On Thursday 2nd May, the polling stations will be open for residents in our region to vote for who they want to be the next Mayor. As an organisation independent of government, we do not want to have an influence over who our members vote for, we want to ensure our members have all the information available so you can make an informed decision.

Local leadership shapes the future of business and community in our region therefore it is important to cast your vote for the candidate you are supporting. 

Below, in alphabetical order, are the names of the Mayoral candidates, their party and a link to their manifesto:

The polling stations are open from 7am - 10pm. You must vote at your assigned polling station which can be found on your polling card delivered to you.
