Businesses in Greater Manchester are invited to harness the power of AI and data to upskill their workforce through an exclusive, GMCA-funded training programme. IN4 Group’s Modern Worker for the Modern Workplace Programme offers essential skills in AI, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and project management - unlocking innovation and growth for participating organisations.

The programme equips employees with in-demand skills and professional qualifications from leading tech providers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google. Each training module is tailored to meet the specific needs of participating organisations, ensuring that the skills gained are directly applicable and support each business's unique objectives.

The training focuses on four core areas: foundational skills for those new to tech, advanced technical skills, customer and project management, and governance, compliance, and ethics. This structured approach enables businesses to develop targeted expertise that aligns with their current and future goals.

With substantial funding support, this programme makes high-level training accessible. Small and medium-sized enterprises can receive up to 90% funding, while large businesses are eligible for 70% funding. With training support available up to £45,000, this is a valuable opportunity for businesses to access essential resources for workforce development.

Spaces in the programme are limited, and early registration is encouraged. For more information or to secure a place, please contact Sarah Ayton, Senior Client Relationship Manager at IN4 Group, at Sarah.Ayton@in4group.co.uk
