Cornerstone provide a full outsourced HR service to small businesses, charities and not for profits across the region and the rest of the UK. Reporting on a successful year, Robert Birley, Director, said:
“2024 has proven to be a very successful year for the Cornerstone team. Our focus on service has enabled us to grow our core retained HR product by a third over the year whilst also delivering some larger scale projects for the first time. We’ve grown the team adding more specialist skills which we are launching to customers in 2025. This includes workplace mediation, DiSC behavioural analysis and a new e-learning product. These products will help us enter new markets, providing support to larger organisations who may not have those specialisms in their in house HR teams. We believe that this will help us to accelerate our growth journey in 2025.”
