On Wednesday, August 14, Home Start HOST treated 180 individuals, including 81 adults and 99 children aged 0-17, to a memorable day out at Blackpool Zoo.
This initiative celebrated community spirit by bringing families together from Oldham, Bolton, Stockport and Tameside for an enriching day of discovery and fun at the zoo, overcoming barriers such as transportation and cost.
One mother expressed her delight: "My children and I enjoyed every moment of it. It's been amazing. Thank you so much for having us."
