The private equity team at national law firm Freeths has advised YFM Equity Partners on its £6.5 million investment to support the management buyout of Replay Maintenance.
Replay Maintenance are the UK’s leading synthetic sports maintenance specialists. The business offers installation solutions and care for artificial tennis courts, sports pitches and athletic tracks.
This deal is a significant step for Replay Maintenance in expanding its national portfolio of clients as it consolidates its presence as a market-leader, bolstering its reputation and growth trajectory.
Corporate Partner Lee Clifford and corporate Director Mohammed Abbas led the Freeths team on the transaction. They were supported by a number of specialist lawyers across the firm, including corporate Managing Associate Rosanna Brown and corporate Associate Katherine Ferrari-Bradley, debt Partner James Dyson and debt Associate Charlotte Beddows, employment Partner Laura Tracy, tax Senior Associate Emily Gafney, commercial Managing Associate Hema Singhal and IP and media Managing Associate Lloyd Lane.
