It is also predicted to have a strong GDP growth at an annual rate of 2.2% during the next five years, which is also above the 20-city average of 1.8%,
“Manchester has been transformed in the past decade, jobs, investment and growth have led to a housing boom and there has been significant house price growth in the city and its suburbs so it’s no surprise to us that live and work here every day that it ranks highly for residential investment,” added Victoria.
