Customer log a request on our Stone 360 app or the website - download Stone 360 easily on Android or iOS!
- We collect a minimum of 25 qualifying items, free of charge, from a location of their choice. Devices are either refurbished for future sale or recycled on-site.
- Customers receive cash rebates to save on future purchases.
- ‘Thrive’ social value reporting is supplied to customers to measure the positive outcomes of their working with us.
- We encourage organisations to return unwanted IT to us with this simple process.

We work with Ecologi to plant a tree for every collection, with 20,000 planted so far.
