Stockport based HR business, Cornerstone Resources, have recorded their best ever financial performance with a 38% increase in revenue in 2023. The first quarter of 2024 shows that trend continuing as more businesses and charities require outsourced HR support.

What we are noticing is that more organisations are now looking for personalised HR support and our rolling contracts allow them to trial our service without being tied in for multiple years. Business owners are busy and the last thing they want is risk averse guidance or to be given a template to fill in themselves. Instead they are looking for a solution that feels like an extension of their own business.
