Our Chamber Team headed down to Fenix this month, to sample their exciting new summer menu, and to experience the stunning surroundings! Fenix is an adventurous restaurant bringing contemporary Greek-Mediterranean food to Spinningfields, Manchester.
From fresh pita served with smoked aubergine, hummus, guacamole and smoked taramasalata (a light and tasty start to the meal) to the coca cola Glazed Half Chicken – with the salad of dreams, Pomegranate & Almond Salad. This menu and restaurant is showcasing Greek cuisine beautifully in Manchester.
Over the course of this month, we’ll be exploring the dishes, the concept, the cocktails and everything else that Fenix has to offer the Manchester hospitality industry.
